Partnership agreements are issued on Aurat Foundation’s official letterhead. Because Aurat Foundation is a recognised non-profit under Section 2(36) of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, partnership contributions may qualify for a tax credit under Section 61 — our partnerships team and your tax advisor can confirm what applies to your organisation.
